With the Final Surge app, I can design an Online Training Plan that’s just right for you. You’ll have access to your plan anytime, anywhere.
Online Training Plans can be for a set duration (by the month) or in preparation for an event.
e.g. 3 month training for 10km run, 6 month training plan for a marathon, etc
Packages start from $75 a month.

Race day can be nerve-wracking and running with a large group can be daunting. With Personalised Race Pacing, I will run with you, ensuring you maintain your goal pace, offering advice and support, and giving you that push at the end to give you the best chance of achieving your goal.
