My name is Rob and I am an everyday runner, just like you. I understand the challenges and joys of running at every level, from taking those first steps to pushing through the last mile of a race.
Running has been a big part of my life for many years. Over time, I’ve completed 14 marathons and more than 50 half-marathons. While I’m not the fastest out there, I’m proud to call myself a ‘middle of the pack’ runner.
After coaching informally, I realised my true passion is helping others find their stride. That's why I turned my passion into EVERYDAY RUNNER, offering coaching that’s accessible, supportive, and tailored to each runner’s needs.
My approach to coaching is simple: I meet you where you at, and together, we work on getting you where you want to be. Whether you’re just starting out or aiming to set a new personal best, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
While I work solo, I’m lucky to have a strong network of friends who are also runners and coaches. They provide valuable insights, encouragement, and the occasional running tip. It’s this community spirit that I bring into my coaching, creating a supportive and motivating environment for everyone I work with.
I am an accredited Recreational Running Coach with Athletics Australia and undertake regular training to ensure I can across best practice.
I’m based in the western suburbs of Melbourne, but thanks to online coaching and the Final Surge app, I can work with runners all over Australia. My mission is to make running accessible, simple, and fun for everyone. Let’s make running something you love, one step at a time.
